1. How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number and a link to track your order in real-time. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment with the courier service.
2. What Is Your Return Policy?
We offer a 5-day return policy on products in their original, unused condition. For a return to be processed, you must provide an unboxing video. A ₹100 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for more details.
3. How Long Does Delivery Take?
- Prepaid Orders: Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Delivery takes 5 to 7 business days, as we verify the order through a phone call or WhatsApp before processing the shipment.
4. Is Customer Support Available 24/7?
Our customer support team is available Monday through Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays. Feel free to reach out to us during working hours, and we’ll assist you with any queries or concerns!
5. Can I Cancel Or Modify My Order After It’s Placed?
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, we may be able to assist with the cancellation or modification.

8. Do You Ship Internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
9. Will I Be Charged For Shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders across India. No additional shipping charges will be added to your order. However, a ₹100 return shipping fee will apply if you decide to return an item.
10. Will I Receive A Confirmation Number After Placing My Order?
Yes, after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number and details. You will also receive an update once your order is shipped, including a tracking number to follow your delivery.
